Tentative bookings will be made and held for 14 days only, from the date of quote, after which the date will become available again. Exclusive Marine will secure bookings on receipt of a deposit and signed terms and conditions document with in the 14 days of the quote period. 15% Deposit of the invoiced amount. In the event that a confirmed function must be cancelled the deposit is refundable less an administration fee $1000.00. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. If the event that the charter is cancelled within 30 days of the event, payment of 50 % of the cost is to be paid. Deposits are not transferable for another date. 30 days prior to your function. Final invoice is based on these numbers. 30 days prior to the event in full.
Until all funds have cleared your Bookings are not confirmed. Menu & beverage pricing, as per your vessel's list rates. As per list rates, charged at a minimum of 30-minute blocks. Vessel Hire plus Beverage Package per Person. Embark Exclusive Marine and the vessel has an allocated time of 15 minutes for passengers to embark on to the vessel. If guests fail to embark before this time New South Wales Maritime will charge the Vessel and the vessel's Master $2000.00 which you will be responsable to pay.. To ensure all your passengers embark within this time we recommend that you advise your guests to be at the pick up point 30 minutes before the designated time. New South Wales Maritime require a fee $40.00. Per embark and disembarking at each of their wharfs. We are allowed 15 minutes for all guests to disembark the vessel at the end of the charter. If guests fail to disembark after this time New South Wales Maritime will charge the Vessel and the vessel's Master $2000.00 which you will be responsable to pay. It will assist us greatly and minimize cost to you if this can be explained to your guests prior to your charter. Guests are asked to take all gifts, flowers, decorations etc with them at you disembark on the completion of the cruise. The Client is at all times responsible and liable for the conduct of on board guests, and is liable for damage caused to the vessel, fixtures, fittings or its contents whether sustained by their own actions, or through the actions of their guests.Exclusive Marine accepts no responsibility for the damage’s, it is the clients responsibility and therefore are held accountable for their guests. Please not that nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled, or adhered to the walls, doors or other surfaces, which are a part of the Vessel. For functions, School formals, 18th or 21st birthdays, or any event deemed necessary by Exclusive Marine, or the vessel owner. We require Secuirity Gaurds as well as a bond of $1000.00, which will be returned on the next working day after the completion of the cruise providing the vessel’s owner releases the bond, if the vessel has not suffered any damage. Secuirity Secuirity gaurds are requied for School formals, 18th or 21st birthdays, or any event deemed necessary by Exclusive Marine, or the vessel owner No passenger at any time is to enter the water from the vessel. Guests doing so will be asked to disembark at the nearest wharf. EXCLUSIVE MARINE and the VESSEL’S OWNERS are responsible servers of alcohol and are bound by the conditions of the Venue Liquor License, the Liquor Industry Code of Practices and the NSW Liquor Act. We therefore reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest. No Smoking Policy in its Lounge/Bar and Dining Area. Guests are free to smoke in any of our outside entertaining area 15% surcharges applies for events on Public Holidays or special Event days. Are available on request for persons wishing to leave early and can be pre booked if necessary. Payment is the responsibility of the individual on the day. The legal capacity of the vessel is specified by the New South Wales Maritime Law which is set out on the survey plate and these numbers cannot be exceeded, these rules have been put in place to ensure the safety of the vessel, crew & passengers. |
